Our range of bandsaws is compact and versatile, meeting every cutting need.
The acronym 260, 320, 450, 550 identify our machines’ name, where the numbers represent the maximum cutting range (vice opening) in millimiters.
The “BSA” name stands for “Bandsaw semi_automatic” while “BA” Bandsaw Automatic.
All our saws can miter cut and can be equipped with different Option and roller tables to answer all your needs.
Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Bandsaws
Our Semi-automatic models are fully hydraulic.
At the Start cycle, the material is ensured into the vice with hydraulic pressure and the arm descends with an adjustable feed and cutting pressure.
Once the cutting cycle ends, the vice opens and the arm returns to the starting position.
All Carif semi-automatic models can miter cut both ways up to +60°/-45°.
Automatic CNC bandsaws 4.0
Carif Automatics models are completely hydraulics.
The solid construction and components ensure the movement and cutting of solid material up to 450 x 240 mm (18″ x 10″) and 330 mm (13″) diameter.
All models are wired with encoder and potentiometer to automatically memorize the cutting length and the saw head cutting start position.
The standard CNC models have a standard panel with buttons, while the Touch 4.0 models are equipped with an industrial display 7” and many other features already included like a led working light, a flushing gun and an emergency light to detect machines’ stops.
