FEATURES
The main features of 320 BA CNC TOUCH 4.0
ONE SIDE MITER
Miter cut one way up to +60° in Semi-automatic and Automatic mode. Manual frame rotation. Two conical bearings in the head casting support ensure smooth, stable movement, independent of the material’s resting surface.
FEED SYSTEM
Rigid cast-iron carriage mounted on two solid chrome bars Ø 60 mm.
Hydraulic feeding system with power pack and 35lt. oil tank.
Heavy-duty hydraulic cast-iron feed cube with Ø 95 mm piston and hardened, carburized jaws to ensure reliable feeding of long solid bars.
High-precision multiple cuts (accuracy ±0.1 mm), with incremental encoder and magnetic scale for automatic acquisition of the cutting length.
HYDRAULIC CLAMP
Hydraulic vertical clamping device mounted on the feeding carriage for bar clamping.
CONTROL PANEL
Touch screen 7” LED with multifunctional software with an easy interface. Easy creation of cutting lists with an unlimited number of programs that can be saved by part name or code.
Possibility to import/export programs and cutting list through USB with connection to a network folder for PC access and remote assistance.
CARIF SOFTWARE 4.0
The CARIF Touch 4.0 software allows real-time monitoring of the machine and detection of any problems accruing during the cycle. Dedicated section to track the blade consumption history.
PRACTICAL WORKING TABLES
Large, easily removable tables offering a wide and ergonomic post-cut working surface. Length of 430 mm after the blade, the table provides optimal support for multiple cut pieces.
BLADE BRUSH
Adjustable blade brush connected to the motor pulley to ensure proper blade cleaning and facilitate chip evacuation.
BLADE / END MATERIAL SENSORS
A sensor positioned on the front wheel automatically stops the blade in case of blade breakage or wheel slippage. A second sensor on the rear clamp stops the cycle when the material ends.
CHIPS TANK
Large chip tray complete with a perforated tank that allows coolant to pass through while retaining swarf. Easy to clean.
POTENTIOMETER
The start/end cutting points are memorized through a potentiometer mounted on the pivot point of the bow. The blade automatically returns to the preset position.
FLUSHING HOSE
Practical flushing gun for cleaning with a coolant pump of 0.12Kw.
LED WORKING LIGHT + EMERGENCY
Well-positioned LED work light for optimal illumination of the working area. Red warning light for alarm distance detection.
